Yes. A refundable £200 deposit holds any car for up to 7 days while you arrange a visit or delivery. If you pull out after inspection for any genuine reason — no quibbles, full refund back to source.
Do you take my old car in part-exchange?
Almost always. Drop a couple of photos and the V5 details over WhatsApp or the contact form and we'll come back with an indicative figure within a day. Honest valuations — no bait-and-switch when you arrive.
Is the finance calculator an actual quote?
No — it is strictly illustrative. We're an independent dealer, not a credit broker. Run the numbers to get a feel for the monthlies, then we'll introduce you to our panel lenders for a real offer subject to status. Full disclosure on the finance page.
What warranty comes with the car?
Three months of mechanical cover is included on every car, free. Want longer? 12, 24 or 36-month upgraded plans are available at cost-price — see the warranty page for what's covered and what isn't.
Can you deliver the car to me?
Yes, anywhere in the UK. Covered transport or driven delivery depending on mileage. Quote is postcode-based and always provided upfront — no surprises on collection day.
